Meet Your Coeliac Dietitian, Jessica

Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a coeliac dietitian with 10+ years of experience, and I’m passionate about helping families confidently navigate a new diagnosis of coeliac disease and assist those who may be suffering with ongoing symptoms and/ or uncertainty around the gluten free diet. Through my personalised 1:1 consultations, I help my clients feel empowered to make gluten free food choices that they enjoy whilst restoring their gut health.

Surprisingly, the core advice around coeliac disease hasn’t evolved much since my own diagnosis 14 years ago. While the gluten-free market has developed, many still feel overwhelmed due to the lack of proper guidance on managing their health with a gluten-free diet.
